How do I reserve accommodation?
- To reserve accommodation, please use the accommodation form.
- In order to reserve accommodation, a deposit of 50% of the total price must be paid by 10 July 2007.
- The remainder must be paid by 1 August 2007.
- All prices listed on these pages include VAT, and breakfast and municipal and tourist fees are included in the price of accommodation.
- Extra charges related to the stay (television, minibar) must be paid by the guest at the reception desk upon departure.

Cancelling accommodation, changes and refunds
Please inform MCZ marketing s.r.o. of any changes or cancellations in writing. Telephone changes or cancellations will not be accepted. Do not contact the hotel regarding changes in accommodation, consult exclusively with MCZ marketing s.r.o. All refunds will be handled after the festival has ended.

For changes in the number of people up to 10% of the group size, there is no cancellation fee.
For changes in over 10% of the group size, the above-listed cancellation fees apply.
Credit cards
MCZ marketing s.r.o. accepts the following credit cards – MasterCard / EuroCard and VISA. Amounts paid by credit card will be deducted in CZK. Payments by credit card must be arranged individually, an authorisation form will be sent to you.
Notes
Bank fees must be paid in full exclusively by the participant. A copy of the credit transfer request or the authorisation form must be sent with the accommodation reservation form.
